I think the norm is around $60 - 70 an hour (with a minimum of 1 hour) (pre-booked) for a proper stretch jobbie....maybe more [PLUS TIP]
A 'town car'...basically a large saloon (big Merc for instance) more like $50 an hour (again, min 1 hour)
Deals might be available on the spot...subject to your negotiation skills.
YMMV.

Help Needed/Begged for/Pleaded For/Required So, if you have a blog of any kind (especially a poker blog), or a facebook account, or a twitter account, or just post on a particular forum, or work in local/national/any type media/press, you could really help out by posting/writing a little bit about this UKIPT event, also posting a link to our "£1M news item" and the "UKIPT Nottingham schedule" would be , here are the main 2 links I need as many people to read in the UK/World/Galaxy/Solar system/Universe (is that actually the right order?).UKIPT schedule http://www.dusktilldawnpokerclub.com/images/pokerstars-flyer-2012.pdfNews Item http://www.dusktilldawnpokerclub.com/news.php?id=2232After getting my begging bowl out......can I please ask for one more favour............... can ANYONE who takes the time out to do this, either post on here OR if at least PM me through Blonde, so that I know who you are and also be able to say thank you in person one day at Dusk Till Dawn or at least PM you back to say "thanks mate" Happy to...FB'd, G+'d & Tweeted. @Paulie_D59

We have had clients who have just sent one big image to send as an email - which is a similar problem.
I'm afraid my best solution to that was just to create the html from scratch so that it recreated what they'd specified.
Exactly what i'm doing now. FML. Thanks again for the help. That's an awful lot on inline styling....MS WORD FTW. Never ever ever use MS Word for creating HTML it creates absolutely the worst coding in the World, ever, in history. Only if you're translating directly to a webpage...for HTML emails it's fine. I send thousands of newsletter and other mail merge emails a year all done in WORD.

Frankly the only way I see is to get the document in an open format (MS Word would probably be best) and send it as a mail merged html document.
From the screenshot I think it is very unlikely that this was created in Adobe Acrobat....it must have been created in something else and then save as a PDF file.

I've ordered the Sensation XE. Should be with me on Weds.
One thing, is there a program like iTunes that Android apps use? I quite like iTunes despite the haters and find it handy for organising what goes on and comes off my phone.
Try Doubletwist....it reads your music and playlists from iTunes and copies them to your phone. You need to download the program to your PC/Laptop and install the Android app. It's free.... ...although if you want the wireless syncing you have to pay for the Airsync app...otherwise just use a USB cable.

Sorry my bad. It was 128 or 256 Meg x 64. Nothing to do with bits. Oops.
DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 256Meg x 64 • • Part #: CT519120
That's the suggested 4GB kit for the PC I'm on now.
It currently has 1GB which is 2 x 512 and is a machine that runs CAD.
2 machines run XP, the other vista. The vista one says it can take 8GB.
Is there a way of finding out if RAM is a bottleneck?
Thanks for all your help by the way.
I can't tell from all that above but unless you are running the 64-bit version of Vista the PC can't use more than 4GB of whatever memory you might install.

Don't recall getting a confirmation email when I renewed mine a little while ago...but I believe that you can check the status of an existing one on the same site. If you don't recall the number you can get it from HEREPersonally, I take screen-prints and save them to Google Docs for future reference....comes in handy.
