 Cheers Bobgo, Well i bought Laptop in Vegas so it still has US power leads and use a converter to use here. So i guess i should wait till i get out there and but what i need from Electronics store out there.

Thanks Jbsc... for a bit of sense. I really hate computers, only 2 days ago i thought i would try and do something in my laptop and i had it all in bits on the floor and was readyto bin it, alas i got rescued by a minor.

Anyway i am staying in SanFransisco for 4 days where Hotel has high speed internet Access and my laptop is Wi Fi , i use Thomson Speedtouch... i guesss i better just ask them what i need to connect when i am out there. Then i am taking to the roads of Northern Cali ... going to various Casinos and do some sightseeing up in the Wilds..Bear hunting and some Whale Spotting.

As i am a total computer dimwit, can anyone tell me what i need to do to connect to internet with my own laptop when i am in California for 3 weeks in March.

I have thought of writing but a litttle emabarrassed. I was really out of it at time and cant rememeber exactly what i was told. But yes i do need to do some major grovelling. But my first plan is going to go to another Grosvenor and see if i get in. If all Fails there is new Casino opening in Swansea next year.. Aspinalls i believe.

Thats very good Mrs C . But unfortunataly i got drunk there last month and i believe i got banned. Not had anything in writing and bit emabarrased to check with them. Are bans for a set period or for life? And do/can they get reviewed ? I would appreciate some info on this. Also does it mean all Grosvenors are out of bounds aswell??
