Hi Tikay

Sorry, do not post here much, a bit of a lurker....but if you are passing that way could you possibly keep an eye on the stack of Reza Tabatabai   Pavilion / 147 / 4   ...otherwise known as John

I would be hugely grateful

Thank you Sir

What can I say that has not already been said. I have had the pleasure of meeting this guy on a number of occasions and he really kcked off my game about 5 years ago after chatting to him at a live game about strategy and then via Email.
He is a super agressive player (a strategy that has been criticised if you read pokerplayer reports of day 6) who will be very hard to handle at the final table. I believe he knows how to play this situation, will have super guidance from the team supporting him and will play a fearless game. I really believe he deserves being bookies favourite and I for one will be immensely proud if he takes this one down.
I will be cheering for you the whole way.....Do this one for the Brits Jon, may the poker gods shine on you, all your luck be good and your pots be monsters.
Nick

Hi Folks, just caught up with day 3...phew. Super updates as ever.
I wonder if you could try to update/get photos of 2 good freinds, John (KunkuWap) Tabatabai table 69 seat 8 and Chris (Redorblack) Hinton Table 52 seat 6 (previously mentioned by Mr Dog as seat 7 but you cant miss him, the smallest but loudest player at the table)
I know its not always easy and you have to update on lots of players but anything you can do would be awesome.
Thanks in advance guys, have a great day.

Guys

Could you please do me a favour if you get the chance and give me an occasional update on John Tabatabai, King muff.
Regards Nick

Noted. Can you give a description to ensure we get the right guy. People have already started moving around.

Sorry folks. I asked this question hours ago and had to go out.....John is also known as kunkuwap, he is young guy, dark hair and I can guarantee he will be well known by now to the room!!  Smiley Smiley

Great work Micky for fighting your way through that day and although slightly disappointing to run into KK at the end of the day, still a great feat.
Congratulations and best wishes to both you and Mark from both myself and John.

The guys that sell those hologram sunglasses just went over to Raymer's table and gave everyone a free pair. The players all put them on at the same time.

Any chance of a pic of that one please Snoopy, thats one for the archives.

good luck all in Vegas.
As much as I feel for all you guys who have not made it to day 2 I cannot have too much sympathy. Better to have experienced it, enjoyed it and still have days remaining in Vegas  disco than to be here, having had an awful day at the tables, raining and having work to look forward to tomorrow.
All the best for the rest of your trip.

btw - does anyone know how much was biggest ever online pot

I could not say exactly but he can often be seen playing Bengt Sonnert at 200-400 nl and have been known to have circa 400k each at the table, so no doubt somewhere in the 600-800k region would not be out of the question.   200k pots are quite the norm!!
