Hi Guys, thanks for the quick responses and the welcome. I did get permission from Tikay before posting as obviously upsetting the people that I require help from was a concern. Once again any help is very much appreciated, just get in touch with me, and I have every faith in the people of Liverpool's ability to read the final work!

ATTENTION ALL ONLINE POKER PLAYERS: RESEARCH SUBJECTS NEEDED

I'm studying a Geography Degree at the University of London and am currently researching a dissertation based on the places and identities associated with online poker players. This may seem a bit odd to those of you who remember geography from school being about rivers, weather and colouring in maps but I can assure you that now a study such as mine is deemed as interesting academic research.

Basically I need online players who are willing to:

1) complete a simple two week diary based on their playing habits,
2) provide a picture of their playing area (i.e a wide shot of the location of their computer setup), and finally
3) be willing to conduct an interview, either online, over the phone or face to face, regarding the subject.

I know this sounds a lot to ask but it would be very much appreciated as a study such as this has never been conducted previously and with some quality research evidence I strongly believe that my work could be published. Without question participants will remain anonymous so please don't let this put you off.

Anyone who is able to help with any or all of the 3 aspects above, please private message me or email at chrislovewell@hotmail.com and I will get in contact with further details.

Look forward to hearing from some of you,

Chris
