I too had the exact same response exact wording and can't say I am at all happy agree with comments made under each line of reply by Gatso - ok they gave some money back - but this has worked for me in past before and not now is ridic really I mean its basically selling faulty goods without understanding the extent of problem or it seems that way. Just wont play it now which is big shame as would like to support any DTD satellite but your add ons etc is a big deal in scheme of tourney and qualifying criteria

i mean ok getting you money back would be one thing but its not that its just a good chance (ok if youre not me lol) to qualify for great event too aint it not to mention the couple of hours wasted playing (or not as the case may be) eh

to be honest would rather it wasnt a DTD tourney I had to complain about - its the network tho surely they need to sort themselves out by sounds of it?

Mind you we may be missing something still so ........?

There will be people from DTD reading this thread, and I'm sure they'll take note of what's been said.

I have no doubt they will if on here as they seem to be right on the ball with other issues some mentioned earlier (actually took heed of advice given ref quick add on period so was deffo ready for it!)-have also been up there and service is first class - have no idea who is responsible but given something as fundamental as this seems to be happening - and again I may be missing something totally here? - how can the tourney run if say the software etc isnt working and people are wasting their money? the network they are using seems to be causing em all sorts of headaches eh!

Can anyone who has had this problem please let live support on DTD poker know - unless I am missing something major I have just had same problem not been offered add on then told yes you have yes you have when complaining - had money for it too and was waiting cause read add on time was short!!! Please let them know they have told me it has not happened to anyone else just me!!!

Waste of time playing and given low numbers high amount of seats big chance to get in cheap ffs - I must be missing something surely???

Please let them know may help sort out - monies should be returned at least and some compensation while were at it!!
