Any chance of a chip update on Craig 'Apple' Hopkins

Nice work as usual

Afraid he's gone, 'The Apple' pushed for 4,800 during the 200/400 level with A-K and was called by the big blind (only playing 6k himself) with which spiked a seven in call that might be described as rotten to the core...

Jon 'Skalie' Kalmar is also presumed out, he was spotted sinking a pint at the bar.

rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrubish

Thanks for the info though

The Apple Craig Hopkins has 16,125, although we're yet to hear any shouts from his usually adamant rail of blonde supporters. A couple of tables down, Julian is keeping in touch with 12k whilst Josh Arieh has his head just above water with 15,500. At the very back of the room, Ben Grundy has been unearthed; he's on 11k. Next door to him is Roland de Wolfe with 15.5k, the WPT and EPT winner fairly, but perhaps hypocritically given his permed locks, greeting me with a joking jibe at my hair-do.

Sorry, bit late turning up Any updates on Craig are always appreciated. Also any chip counts for the 'Norwegian James Bond' Knut

Just back from the pub - great night. Sorry the Apple couldnt go deeper but he was never in a position to challenge and got as much of the loot as he could; i believe.

Anyway, a great big thank you to Snoopy and Floppy who kept us upto date, way before the live stream became available.

Glad he gave you a shout out in the interview and i think you've contributed to a 'nickname' that has stuck now. Smiley

Chers Guys

Hi Snoopy & Floppy.

Not sure what info your after for his profile but heres some:

Started playing around 10 years ago amongst friends. Quickly realised he enjoyed the game and started playing on betfair poker (in its crypto days). Was a regular on the £50 stts, which seems very low stakes compared to the games available on line today.

Now plays the high stakes stt's across various sites as well the bigger Mtt's. Has won several big mtt's but his 'bread & butter' is the stt's where he continues to perform well.

Has some live experience after qualifying for Singapore and Monte Carlo via the internet. Also I do believe he did get some Uk ranking points after cashing in one of his rare live tournys in this country (Brighton i believe)

Genuine nice guy and allround good egg (or should that be Apple)

I've told him you've looked after us, so you may get an exclusive with the winner Smiley
