update on Alex Jobling plz?

He has 15,000

He just led for 2,200 on a  Two Diamonds board having called a raise in the big blind

Peter Wigglesworth made it 7,200, and Alex folded after a long think

cheers for the updates

haha cheers

I love your Avatar! Samberg is the man!

yeah he's a legend, love most of the lonely island songs and duets he did with justin timberlake, Satnight live is pretty funny sometimes but can be a bit hit and miss, "Hot Rod" was a classic movie though

IMO you 3b is too big, You can 3b smaller to 12k - 13.5k. It has the same effect but you are saving potentially 4k which is vital to you at this stage. Also you don't want to be playing such a big pot OOP.

I understand that you may want to 3b bigger to commit yourself, but I think against such an active player its not so significant.

You will find he reacts to a 13k 3b the same as he does to a 16k. Remember the active online kid knows his own image so he won't be 4b'ing as light as his current game may portray.

So as played its a fold for me. It's a slow clock, you have time to wait for better spots

think this range is better for 3bet but would defs call the shove

Listening to 810clubs I think that bet/folding is actually the best play. I think he calls with alot of his range and we add another 20% to our stack, I think his raising range on the river is super thin and I think he flats lots of 2 pairs. Im expecting him to raise sets/KJ depending on the player AQ, basically I just dont think we get raise here and I think he checks behind so much of his range, Qx, Ax, KK, JJ, 99 etc, so missing out on tonnes of value from just c/ with the plan of calling. 25k ish in the middle? :s I guess a bet of 12-14k is about perfect.

meh, should really of just +1'd 810ofclubs lol.

think him having this the way the hands played is very unlikely, fold to the 11k bet

at this level open jam

some numpty will call with AQ

This

I've played alot of these games. If we 4, 5 or 6x i assume we are calling a jam. Sometimes these fish limp blast with all sorts of stuff ranging from kj kq aj aq ak 22+ just blast imo at this level. seems shit but the amount times i have raised and got like 1-4 callers and c bet folded bricked flopped is just too expensive. if someone has limped massive or wakes up with a hand behind u then so be it. the times we get called by junk makes up for it

massive plus one, the amount of times AJ and AQ are huge

the other line i would take is make it 130-150 and c bet alot of flops but obv depending on hw many callers pre and texture
