He did say he was worried about straight flush

I Raised 6 Handed under the Gun with for 1400 blinds 200/400,  Got 1 Call    Flop  both check,  on turn i bet 2000 called,    on river put a bet of 3000 in,  it took him between 1min and 2 min to call with the  .  I know the size of bet was wrong, but he said he was worried of the the straight flush.
