Hi,

We have put on some bits and pieces for tonight and Sunday - tournaments will be held in the Chepstow room with ensuite conservatory which will have a lounge area. New poker player only food and drink menus plus a tv in the lounge.

Capacity is around 80 and we have nearly hit that the last two weeks so make sure you get there in time.

Tonight 7.30pm £20 + £0 5k 20 min. Sunday £30 + £0 10k, 30 min 2pm

Don't forget there is parking at Kensington Close for players subject to availability during events complimentary and it is on the cusp of the A4 so you dont have to mess around going into central london.

Omaha is a possibility if there are players who want it.

Kev, I owe you a beer I think mate!

Cheers

Phil

Dear Players,

The FFN II £20 + £0 at Kensington Close this Friday is getting even busier than the 74 last Friday with our indications, so to avoid disappointment please buy in online to guarantee your seat at www.lpcpoker.com - 1st come, 1st served and we may well fill the event again.

Anybody coming to the Easter Sunday Showdown deepstack £50+£0 can also guarantee their seat by buying in directly.

All details at the website.

The game had a great turnout (74 runners) and some good cash action too. Thank you to all for turning up to support us.

I must say, Steve (BLAPO) and his team did a great job and ran an excellent tournament. I was very pleased to see a fun and friendly game in one of our Hotels. I will definitely keep it running and also at no juice.

Next week probably Kingsway Hall again, possibly Kensington, will know Monday. I may also put on something for Wednesdays with Steve and his crew.

As requested, pre-registration is now enabled at www.lpcpoker.com

Don't forget, you need to be a member of the LPC/Toro Poker to play in our tournaments or cash. You can register online at our site. Your user name will also be your LPC username so it is advisable to register on Toro as well regardless of whether you play or not. You will be able to buy in directly via the Toro site in future for certain games including the Super Stack.

See you on Friday lads.

Dear All,

Following on from Steve's (BLAPO) post, I just thought I'd let you all know that we have changed the venue for our weekly LPC Private game this Friday 19th to Kingsway Hall Hotel, 66 Great Queen Street, Covent Garden.

The tournaments are private so If you are not a member of the LPC you can join at www.lpcpoker.com - If you are not a member of LPC or Toro Poker then you will not be able to play.

Nearest tube is High Holborn and the tournament will be in the Milton and Keats Suite.

We are capping it at 80 runners and will have cash tables available too.

Before the usual posts come along, we have spent copious amounts of time as usual communicating with the GC and our lawyers to ensure that everything is above board and legal and that everyone is happy.

The tournament is £20 + £0 - yes, that is to say, no reg fee or charge whatsoever! The tournament will be organised by the LPC and run by BLAPO poker services - and as you know, that means the usual fun and frolics from Tournament Director Steve!

Watch this space for the usual LPC-Hendon Mob freebies which will be coming up soon!

Enjoy the game!

Regards

Phil

Dear Players,

Don't forget The Super Stack is on this weekend (2 day event) at The Sportsman. The tournament is £400 + £40, with 15,000 starting stack and 45 minute blinds.

Good luck to the qualifiers from TC's Poker in Maidenhead!

You can register online at www.lpcpoker.com

Please be advised that we are only running the Super Stack at this time - weekly tournaments are not being held for the time being. We would appreciate some feedback as to what would encourage players to come for the daily/weekly games, whether cash games or tournaments so that we can cater for a wider audience. Any comments please let us know!

Many thanks,

Lina

Hi All,

Quite a disappointing weekend for numbers with the fight night and saturday showdown however we will be persevering and keeping them on the schedule.

As for the Friday we are bringing back the "Friday 50" this week with the £50, 1 add on and 1 rebuy, or double add-on. 30 min clock, 5,000 stack as usual. This should bring the numbers back in!

As for changing the schedule, we ran the friday fifty from october to december - only from "player feedback" did we put a friday big buy in on - perhaps we should stop listening to player feedback then we wouldn't be changing the schedule! Wink

Anyway we have decided to stick with the Friday Fifty and super stack and put the other games on anyway, just in case people want to play them.

Best,

Lina

Strangely enough when we ran the friday fight night the busiest was on the first day with 82 runners, so I guess you never know!
