pro is you get a % of all the rake you pay back
con is some sites its legal others it aint

some sites dont like there affilates giving out rake back

they give the rake to there affilates then the affilates give it to the players

when there is a problem the players often goto the site rather than the agent

Any thoughts on the best offers out there.

i take it you have to be a new member to a card room to qualify, not an existing account holder.

Thinking of opening a Pokerstars account soon.  Legal on there?

No rakeback at all on Stars, there is a site that reviews rakeback deals. Try googling as I'm not sure if it's polite/allowed to mention it here.
