I have been told two stories behind this video that could be total rubbish but they went something like this......


Taxi driver picks up man and takes him to be interviewd by BBC news 24. On arrival the interviewee (Guy Kewny) went to freshen up. The BBC news crew then came to the lobby and assumed the taxi driver (also called Guy) was in fact the man that they were waiting for to discuss a court ruling against Apple. They then took him upstairs and placed him in front of the camera and introduced him as said expert. The poor guy waffles on about something he knows nothing about until they cut to outside broadcast.

The other story says this guy was at the BBC for a job interview and thought this was part of the recruitment process and he was doing a mock live interview but either way the guys face at the start is fantastic.

Apparently the real 'expert' was sitting in the foyer watching 'himself' being interviewed!!


Does anyone know the real story?

I think Guy played a blinder. He tried his damdest to overcome a little physical tell at the beginning of the interview (F*** that ain't me) and blag that no error had been made.

I was once mistaken for a concert pianist. They put me on stage, sat me down and announced me as the best in Europe. The concert hall fell silent, thousands of eyes were upon me.
I stood up, only to discover I wasn't wearing any trousers!

Hang on, that may or may not have been a dream.
