Depending on who you believe Wycombe Wanderers have either a) agreed to release John gorman from his contract, or b) sacked him.

This is the guy who took us through our longest unbeaten run in history, then was pretty much forced to sell our best player becuase he was out of contract in the summer.  Then one of the players died (my view on this is on another thread) and to top it all his wife lost a long battle with cancer.  After a run of 6 games without a win he took compassionate leave by mutual agreement.

He went to the US for a couple of weeks and came back only to be told to go and scout CHeltenham on the lsat day proper of the season.  He was not given control of the teamfor the play-offs.

We didn't qualify for the final.  And now we find out that this has happened.  I would tend to believe that he was sacked, he has said in several places that he did not agree anything with the board and he was sacked.

How can a board treat someone like that.  Admittedly we did not get promoted but under the circumstances I think they have been very harsh.  I know clubs are run as a business nowadays but ot me this just seems wrong.
