Do You Know Where This Is #4

Hi all,

Final problem of the week.

The top photo (circa 1890) is a pretty distinctive street with a clock tower in the centre. The sign on the building seems to be Plummer Roddis & Beecr(oft?), a google search gives this as Robertson Street, Hastings....ok so far, but doing an image search of Robertson Street, I can't find a match with the clock tower in (probably the clock tower was knocked down). So just need confirming that this is Hastings.

The other photos I am also assuming are of Hastings, am I right?

Any ideas?

Yes, they are all Hastings.

If I remember I'll try and get the modern views this weekend and post them on here.

I forgot to put a copy of the pictures on my camera for reference so I just had to remember the approximate view. The middle one was the only one which was quite a bit out, but it was the hardest to replicate anyway because of construction since the original was taken. Anyway these are the approximate modern equivalents of the above pictures.

There's loads of shops in the Old Town, can't say I've ever noticed what they're called. I just go by what they sell.
