good luck claw. if its really what you want to do.

however hopefully its a personal decision, if so i congratulate you on making a wise choice for u and those around you.

if you are bowing to the damn anti smoking police then don't, smoking IS big, it IS clever, it DOES make you look cool and it tastes MIGHTY fine.

hope i havent muddied the waters

Don't know if ya interested claw but my future uncle in law has quit his job as a professional football coach/manager after he spent some time with Paul Mckenna. He is now helping people quit smoking, phobias etc through the same methods that mr Mckenna advises. He has had some brilliant results .

juist a thought

Good luck Claire

I stopped at the end of January with the aid of patches.

I used them on my thigh and when I got a craving I rubbed it,
placebo effect it was, but it worked.

I read Allen Carr's book after I'd been using the patches for 2
weeks and felt such a fraud still using them that I tore off the patch
and haven't looked back since.

Beware using food to beat the cravings though, I put on a stone in weight,
and I am so angry with myself, cos I'm finding losing it again tough.  I'm
getting there slowly, but very slowly.

Again best of luck and we are all rooting for you!
