Another example of the value of being patient, & never giving up, in Tournament Poker.
Very low-stacked overnight - not quite as bad as me last week in Luton, but not far off - Chili hung in there for the last 3 hous of Day One, & the first 2 hours of Day Two, low-stack non-stop.
Then, with 6 left, she was obliged to move in with 2-2, & got TWO callers. Oops, she thought her time was up. Flop 8-6-2.......Tripled up to 60k.
Next hand, Matey Boy moves in with K-J, Chili finds AK, BINGO, 120k......
An enormously popular & well-deserved result for The Chillster. £4,400. The drinks are on Chili at bB3.

Cheers everyone, I had a great time at my first visit to sunny Sheffield. Loved the casino, very old skool! Yeah, so it went as Tikay said and very chuffed about it to say the least. One minute I should have been out in 6th, 10 mins later I was second in chips - funny game poker.
Absolutely shattered today after leaving sheffiled yesterday about 7, having to get to Notts to pick up my car then drive to Grantham, then back to Notts for Rob's party! Which was awesome by the way. Not much sleep now off to Brighton for the £500, see if I can cash in again on this little run i'm having.
I'll get some drinks in at BB3, but Jinky you don't get any!!! Only kidding, I'll have to pay you for your comments

Good morning Harry! Nice to meet you too. Everyone, Harry is an Everton fan so please dont hold that against him
He was in the final as well in Sheffield, congrats to you. We only chatted at the cash desk afterwards and found out he was an Evertonian, I told him I wished he'd told me earlier cos I would have gunned for chips more
Yeah sorry you had to witness me stuffing £4,400 down my trousers but my bag was the other end of the casino and I didnt wanna walk through holding a big wedge
I maybe a witch or a wench as Eric Barker kept shouting across the card room hehe.
