yes.
plenty time for a game and 5000 chips. - there will be at least a third of the field at the final table that have played it purely as a £300 freeze.

just to let you know 1/2 the seats have already been taken through pre-reg or super-sat,  so get there early to avoid dissappointment.

if 300 is the max you can spend, treat it as a freeze-out & don't be put off by the fact that others have that option - be happy that they can build the prize pool.
obviously having the option of a re-buy/top-up is a big advantage - steve vladar, one of the tighest players i know said he would always top-up in this situation, regardless of how many chips he had at the time.
personally with 5000 chips to start, if i'm up to 15k by the break i'd consider saving the 300, knowing that i'm comfortablly above average.
