i wish i had got that guy when i had a similar problem. I won entry for tournament but couldn't remember which and it seemed it was impossible for them to find out. never did find out.

the customer service staff at most poker sites geta  lot of flack but I have ussually found anyone I deal with to be of the above mentioned quality..top stuff.
