To get hold of it, download the file from here:

Make sure you just download royalenoir.rar and you will have to extract the file with WinRar, follow the simple instructions on the txt file and voila.

Can't stand the XP GUI so I stick with Windows classic.  That Royal Noir is a bit black.

beeen around for a while could change standard XP GUI into Media GUI through adding files to window folder ill have a rake for the link to all the different GUI i used!
