Grosvenor Grand Prix Satellite at Salford tonight

One quick question as the staff at the casino cant help for the next hour or so.

i rang to check that they are holding the satellite for the grand prix tonight and they tell me they are. i ask what the start time is and i'm told "its 9 o'clock but you might want to get here at about 8.30 because it can get pretty full" (hardly likely i think for a £100 satellite) and then i ask whether the casino will be providing dealers and after 5 minutes they come back with the answer "we're not sure we think its self deal but you'll have to ask the card room manager when he gets in about 7.30-8ish"

If anyone knows whether its self deal or not could they let me know as i'm not prepared to travel there and pay £100 to end up dealing myself.

Perhaps useless info now, but I've just got back form Salford. There were 28 runners and all three tables were dealer dealt, though two of the dealers were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. So the info you were given couldn't have been any less accurate.

I was expecting some softplaying, but was pleasantly surprised that nothing controversial took place and the comp was played in the right spirit.
