William Hill Betting

I used in the past Will Hill alot for sports betting as they have markets which i like to bet on, which no one else has. I probably deposited a good 20k in a short period of time, so would hope they think im a ok customer.
Am I being out of order here, or do you think they could have helped(I have asked Mr Thew as he sorted something else out before)
I wanted to place a bet on the 1st frame of the ronnie o sullivan snooker game, for his young opponent to win the 1st frame at 13/8. I only had 40 odd on it so not huge stakes.
I checked the bet thouroughly as I always do, and placed the 2 bets - split stakes. They went through and i swear on my young daughters life it said frame 1. I then checked my open bets as i always do and it said frame 2.!!!!!!!
I called customer services straightaway told them the situation, and said i think there must be a delay in your in running frame betting. I asked as a good will gesture if they could cancel the bets so no one lost out, i didnt have a bet on a frame i didnt want, and they didnt lay a bet at all. Now they put me on hold for a good 10 mins plus(the 1st frame was only 6/7 mins in when I called), and then came back to tell me they wouldnt help.
Am I being over sensitive in saying this isnt customer friendly service.
I like william hill and always have but wont be using them again till this is sorted

I had an email this morning asking if this had been sorted. I said no - and within 5 minutes the money had been refunded.
Well done William Hill
