Run on my other lappy wason the start programme, where the bloody hell is it on Vista..

pressing the WIN key and then the r key will force the run box to popup, try the following to add it to your start menu :

1. Right click the Start button.
2. Left click Properties.
3. Click Customize button beside the Start Menu selection
4. Scroll down and check the checkbox on Run Command
5. click OK and OK

You could also type msconfig directly into the search box on the start menu. Don't press enter though, that intuitive action doesn't work  you have to click it.

I've just noticed a tiny but stunningly beautiful iridescent blue beetle running on mine, just near the top of the keyboard.
