In a word - No. They have a cople of casinos which when I went there were terrifyingly poker free - and the charge for you to go in and find out! This was a year ago so it might have changed but when you say poker to the goons outside before handing over your euros make sure they are not meaning table poker games.

Yeah, no poker
Two weeks of blazing sunshine and no real poker. I had to take up golf. Wtf? Does that herald the end of a healthy sex life?
I even had to play that weird kind of poker, you know, with beginners, where you have to keep letting them win just to keep their interest up, just so you get a fix?
So surprised no one has set up poker in the Algarve of all places. Must be some legislation.....
