I have been offered - and accepted - a very generous and exciting full-time position with PartyGaming, the purveyors of all good things that happen in iGaming

congrats on the new job

if party offered me a loadsamoney job I would take it too but you can't honestly say that they are a good company.

I have already wished you luck mate, I am sure it will go well for you   thumbs up

I have always wondered, when someone has a relationship with a big name company such as Party, does this prevent them from playing on other poker sites such as Pokerstars, etc?    From what I understand, Simon's new role is not in a playing capacity ( I think? ) but if a public profile plays at another site, will this anger their new employer?   Smiley  . For example,  when I think of Patrick Antonius, I think of Fulltilt and not of Mansion poker.

ah I see, I was looking at it from the (poker players') viewpoint of them trying to screw every last penny out of their customers as being a bad thing.

you see it from the (employee or investor) viewpoint of them trying to screw every last penny out of their customers as being a good thing.

as I'm sure you are aware stars are generally loved by online poker players whereas party are hated.
