Yang Sing is awesome IMO, fantastic food. Best place to eat in China Town.
You usually have to book WELL in advance if you plan on going over the weekend, but believe me it's worth it! Thank you, we are there during the week so i expect we can get in!
I went there not long ago on a saturday night, and it wasn't at all busy.
I also thought it was a touch expensive...
The Yang Sing isn't a patch on the little yang sing on George Street as far as Chinese's go. A superb pizza express type of place called Croma is only 5 mins walk from Chinatown and well worth a visit and the Curry mile in Rusholme is good but make sure you go to a licensed restaurant or it'll be lemonade you're drinking
