you can still read the posts and come to conclusions about our sanity without actually being logged in (sometimes though you will miss the pictures that prove it!)

Congratulations to rudders on winning the inaugral Roshambo trophy. 25 runners had a fair bit of fun.
Should this be included in bb6?

Congrats to Rudders. Awesome final and a very worthy opponent . The game lasted about 12 hands with rudders coming back from 2-1 down to win back to back hands for a 3-2 scoreline. Really great trophy too. Gutted that it didn't come home with me...
Well organised RHM, and apologies for taking so long to play the final. I was so drunk I didn't realise everyone was trying to wrap up so they could get home...
I think it should be included in bb6 fwiw.

You did a great job Robert, thank you.

Thanks robert for oeganising the tourny- of course it should be at bb6- i must defend my title. great final against matt- he was almost as scary as laxie- and beleive me that is saying something (in rashambo terms of course)
I won the most impressive trophy of the weekend I think ( and resisted Matts attempts to bribe me into throwing the match, as he wanted it so much)
And please please if you meet my kids or karen (much better half) just nod knowingly if they mention that rashambo is the welsh for "main event poker champion" I feel I had one of those tikay misread/misunderstanding moments when telling them what I wown it for........ Thanks in advance! ;-)

It was funny in the Sunday freezeout when Rudders said to the rest of the table "I'm going to miss a few hands as I have to go and play the final of a rock, paper, scissors competition".
So, he goes away, and comes back with the trophy, and one of the locals at the table says "Eh, I thought you were joking - I didn't realise you were being serious."

Pretty sure table play just about stopped when the two lads got going with the final. The look on their faces as this 'serious final' was being played out...priceless! Only sorry I forgot to bring my camera. Well done Rudders...but don't get used to that title...I WILL be back.
