CardPlayer Europe this month is reporting that the EPT TV shows may be forced off the air here because PokerStars servers are based in a non-approved location as far as the new advertising regulations here are concerned - or they may have to move their servers!

Yet another example of government clowns poking their noses into issues that they don't need to get involved in and causing havoc.

I assume that this is because they are regulated by Kawanake - however given the Absolute scandal I'm not sure that anyone could make a case for KGC regulated sites to advertise in the UK.  (Although Full Tilt seem to manage to do it via the somewhat obvious loophole of advertising play money games.)

The Amsterdam Update MAY be back on. Sort of......

Hang fire please, more news later today, but a way may have been found to bring you the planned Update. It's a bit convoluted, but it'll work if we can sort the last few details.
