Found this a real tricky decision. Not sure how to play it given my hand is super-disguised and the board was kinda ok for him to slowplay a big hand.

This is a fold against the majority of players imo. Hardly anyone 3 bets this river without it. Given the read it looks close but i think i fold.

surely trips would just call after you've raised the river? if he is relatively tag would he cold call oop with 5 7 or 10 7?
