Bet just over half the pot, fold to a raise, check the turn if he calls, fold to bet.

Bet to fold to a raise? So ur bluffing with KK? Check, try and get some sort of read, if he checks we can keep pot small and maybe valuetown him on river/bluffcatch turn and reassess river. If we are getting value from pairs we should wait until later and keep pot smaller he has like 2 outs anyway and we don't want to open ourselves up to too many bluffs. However I never convince even myself when I'm posting anymore so that's probably a load of rubbish.

Player dependent imo, how many street of value can we get from a pair. If the answers is more than 1, we would be a fool not to bet the flop as there are a load of turn that might kill our action as they will bring another over card to the pair.

On the other hand if villain will bluff at the turn but is unlikely to call more than 1 street im happy to check the flop to gain value on later streets.

If we do bet, bet for value, we aren't bluffing here.

I would just flat call, there is little to be gained from raising imo. We fold out most worse hands and bluff, and get called by better hands.

P.S I know the result of this hand so im not trying not to be results orinetated.
