Hello everybody.

My question is about a situation I often see in short stack limit hold'em I play... but after reading some Poker articles or books, hands like :
  or 
often are designed as bad hands who can be fold.

BUT in that specific situation :
 - you're on the cut off
 - the pot has not been opened OR there is 1 or more limpers

What do you think of them ? and Why ?
