OK, so I have this free €40 bet from Ladbrokes.  Dunno why, but got a letter in the mail, checked online and there it is.

I have to use it for the Ladbrokes World Series Hurdles in Punchestown on 24th April and can only pick one horse FTW.

Who would you pick and why?

Cheers!

RP doesn't have a card for it yet but odds checker have the following market

Blazing Bailey (5/2) , Kazal (4) , Cooldine (5) , Venalmar (7) , Faasel (Cool , Nicanor (Cool , Refinement (Cool , My Way De solzen (10) , Gone To Lunch (10) , Junior (12) , Kicks For Free (12) , Shakervilz (12) , Quevega (14) , Nenuphar Collonges (14) , Sher Beau (14) , Earth Magic (20) , Catch Me (20) , My Turn Now (20) , Souffleur (20) , Uncle Junior (20)  -

if the ground is not soft I reckon Kazal has a good should at winning. He ran a cracker at Cheltenham and connections have always thought this race was his.
Blazing Baily ran a cracker last time out but had a tough season.

if poss i wouldnt put the bet on till the day of the race just in case its a non runner ,the rules probably say ,non runner and the bet is void, usually with free bets you do not get your stake back,so if horse wins at 2/1 you recieve £100, not £150.

I'll definitely wait until closer to the day, just curious which horses everyone liked for it, ignoring odds and just going by pure talent of the horses.

I like Kazal, but Venalmar and Faasel are my favs at the minute.  Guess we'll have to wait and see who the jockeys are.  That's usually the decider when I'm stuck on a few.

eg

£40 FREE bet at 5/2 if wins return 140

take a bet of £40 at 3/1 at bf - liability 120

horse wins profit £20

horse loses profit £20

ps i know this is a bit nitty but free money is free money..... and presumably you might be able to find a horse where difference is less.
