Strachan>O'leary

Definitely in terms of his post-match interviews.

Strachan>every manager in the world for post match interviews.

Srlsy though, Strachan is a very good manager, far superior to O'leary.

Definitely in terms of his post-match interviews.

I remember this one:

Interviewer to GS; "Can I have a quick word please Gordon" ?

GS (with no perceptible hesitation); "Velocity"

Hes ok. Decent manager.

But not a great manager, and no better than what you have now.

His main 2 weaknesses would be:

1) The transfer market. He makes poor purchases for lots of money. (ok theyr are exceptions, but in the main).
2) This is the main one. CANT CHANGE A GAME. NEVER EVER MAKES SUBSITUTIONS. This used to tilt my Dad harder than life.

sounds familiar
