always raising 33 UTG in lolfullringaments is not good imo. i limp/call all day long but depending on table conditions could see folding or raising being good occasionally.

The only thing you did wrong here was limp preflop. Muck 33s UTG everytime.

If you're going to play a low pair 22-44 UTG calling is the worst play you can make. Why? Because post flop the hand is so bad to play out of position that you have to rely on hitting a monster just to continue with the hand.

Surely it's about gambling with the odds as much in your favour as possible. Limping UTG with 2 3 & 4 pocket pairs can't be a +EV in the long run.

i disagree , i'd say raising is worse , if you raise say 6 - 10 $ and 1 or 2 players come over the top for 25 - 40 $ then the pot can get out of control and you wont be getting odds to play the hand , on the other hand if you limp you can see what action takes place and decide from there if the odds are favourable or there is too much action then fair enough you can then throw the hand away for 2$ insted of 6 - 10 $ .

 i'd rather try and get in cheaply with this and try to improve my hand ( hit a set ) than raise with it and have to fold to any reraise or any significant action behind me
