Why not just bet out?

I don't really see the point in check raising here as you're only getting another dollar here, it just doesn't seem worth it.  I'd prefer to lead out and take the pot, or check raise on the turn.

ugh, fancy play syndrome and uter spew as a standard line for big draws imo. Just half ur expectation when villain wants to get it in.......... CR flop is fine, $1 is a significant addition in this game silo! Maybe make CR a little smaller though. Definitely B/3b is good too.

I know Smiley

My cash game sucks and I'm sure I miss out in situations exactly like this so I'll be taking the approach myself (hopefully!)

Pretty standard play imo. Maybe make the raise slightly smaller. At this point in the hand although u have a massive draw ur still semi-bluffing so taking down the pot without showdown has to be +ev. However, your also happy to felt it on this flop.
