According to the Wii Fit (the only set of scales I have) I was 2lbs overweight a few weeks ago..so I knocked them off.
I'm now in the top range of what I "should be weighing" but apperantly I could do with losing another 2 stone.
I don't have 2 stone to lose...anyone who has ever seen me will know this...I could do with toning up a bit (the old 6 pack isn't what it used to be) but there is no way I could lose anoter 2 stone without it being very unhealthy.
You also have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat so weight definitely isn't everything.
I am happy now that my weight is back in the right area though...I was very surprised to be 2 lbs overweight. (then again..I never excersized or ate healthy so a change was needed

)
