Harsh if Ramos goes. By all accounts he has no say in who gets sold and only picks who comes in from a list given to him.

The Spurs big cheeses need to go. They're more of a joke than ours.

No flies on Bentley.

Tottenham's £15m winger David Bentley admits people are laughing at the club because they are bottom of the Premier League.

in other news, Bentley said that the Earth was round !!!

I'm not sure Bentley is aware of this.

I am not taking the piss with this post but just why are Spurs so shit?

They were flying in pre-season and looked like they could be the real deal.

Is it just the goals or is their all round play poor? Is it just a couple of bad results turning into a crisis of confidence throughout the team? I can't recall such a miserable start to a season from a team who had such high expectations.

Whatever the other problems are, if they hadn't sold one of the best forward partnerships in the game then I very much doubt they'd be where they are now.

To be fair to them they didn't have a lot of choice, no point keeping players that want to play elsewhere, especially when getting a good price for both.

What they did have a choice over was the timing of thaw sale. That's the key. They should have had quality lined up to replace what they sold - just like Newcastle did with milner..

Ramos is a mug for blaming the sale of Berbatov on last day of season why didn't they replace defoe who left in January or Kenae a month before deadline day so that's utter bollox imo.I wonder if these chairman will start to realise that this idiotic way of running a club that both spurs and newcastle and others are trying out just doesn't work ffs it even ended up going wrong at chelsea when they went crazy with money.

Basically I was mugging spurs off for being foolish by not having a replacement lined up for the obvious sales. I have then got in first and poked fun at our club having done the same as them (though to a lesser degree) with milner.
