I Was wanting to know what are the best ways of getting TV on my laptop, i have just bought a new hp laptop and work have took my TV away, so i was wondering if i can get it any other way, i have heard about a hp TV card that comes with a tuner which is £35 but then can i just watch TV or do i need to subsci be to anything. please let me know.

Yes you can, but you still need a TV Licence.
