Travelodge Website for Aberdeen Central is 120 quid total for Fri, Sat and Sun nights.

Try here for Bolton http://www.laterooms.com/en/hotel-reservations/72881_the-pack-horse-hotel-bolton.aspx

Looked into The Pack Horse... Now I know Kev isn't worried about a fancy hotel, he just wants somewhere to get his head down after a long night, but, the reviews (apart from a single entry last week, saying it was being refurbished) make it sound like Kev would prefer sleeping in the bus station.

Pack Horse... stayed there on work nights out... its bearable when drunk/hungover

LOL, I didnt look at the reviews, just saw it was the cheapest.

Kev, when you go to main travelodge site click on link that says £19 rooms and put dates and aberdeen in from there.

Stop with Ironside for Aberdeen, obv.

i have offered him a room but i live 30 min drive from aberdeen which means alot of travel

Travelodge or silmilar is a good fallback and is cancellable right up to the day you arrive...

that means you can ring and haggle with the other hotels much nearer the day. If they are appearing on lastminute.com, or latebookers or whatever then a direct call will often get you a better deal.

Nothing is as perishable as an empty hotel bedroom
