its two layers of meringue with the cream and fruit in the middle, on the bottom layer she melted 70% chocolate and then smeared over so its a thin layer when it cooled so keeps the bottom layer from going soggy.

don't think that's a go-er - they don't travel well you know!  If I ever get round to having a home game I'll make a pavlova or two for refreshment thumbs up
