anyone had problems with this process before? been trying to register the new connection all day but the website seems super slow and generally rubbish

i had problems getting the TV set up because the number for the box they gave me was incorrect, it took 5 days to get somebody out to sort it and they just said 'oh this happens all the time.' went into set up got the right number and hey presto. is it just the internet your struggling with?

yeah, all the hardware works fine but you've gotta jump through a load of hoops on an activation website before you're up and running, but the website sucks. to save any confusion, im nicking my neighbour's internet at the mo

right, so it seems that if you post on here then the virgin site works a lot better pretty much straight away. the only problem is that it wont let me onto blonde! it'll let me onto any other site in the whole web wide world (on here now through a proxy...) - it could be because i had blonde open when i got the all clear from virgin, still weird though

im very confused, but essentially problem solved
