I believe the Gold Coast is the best value.

Someone said it's around $50 per night and right across the road from the Rio.

The Frontier is not bad and is right across from the Wynn, If you want to book there ask for casino host Lee Pencak
ph # (702) 794-8200, I think he said casino rate would be $50 or so, just tell Lee that you are w/ the Colclough group.
