That's what I thought, but didn't want to be cheeky.

Monkeys are allowed though.

I wasn't trying to be cheeky - or offend (if it the first post you are referring to my first post). I was just offering it as a suggestion, i know some people say stt's are different to mtt's and with me not being a stt player then i cant really give an opinion on something that isnt really in my field of "monkey expertise".

I've spoken to some people who say that at certain levels of stt's all you have to do is play basic ABC poker and more often than not that is sufficient to make the money, and as the prize money in stt's in relation to mtt's is a lot lot less then you need to play more stt's to get a good Return Of Investment and therefore you have to multi table.

In my personal experiences though of trying to multi table i find that the more i play the more mistakes i make and the more vital information i miss - but as the saying goes "each to their own". Monkeys just aren't very good at multi tasking!! Cry

Why did I use to win then? I've tried 2 tabling £66s and it's just the same 3 outer after 3 outer after 3 outer. Starting tomorrow I'm going to try min raising instead of pushing with less than 10 BBs. Sounds wrong but it seems like people call all ins with any old Q high crap now but fold if you double their blind. I'll see how that goes.

I play on a laptop, one table takes up 75% of my screen, if I play 2 or more they overlap by at least 50%

How can I display 2 or more tables without overlap on a laptop?  Cheesy

i recently went out and bought myself a brand new wide screen hi resolution laptop with some of my poker winnings to replace the steam powered one i used to own (where 1 table took up about 75% of the screen). have to admit it was well worth the investment.

Now i can fit 4 pokerstars tables on and with the correct positioning they hardly overlap - but even still i find its hard to watch all 4 tables simultaneously and get all the information. Therefore i stick to two Smiley

What Happens if I turn it up?

Yes I can plug in a second monitor, but how do I tell it to display what where?

If you turn it up your tables get smaller. 1600 by 1200 will give you 4 normal tables on your moniter with no overlap, or 2 tourneys and their lobbies which maybe better for you. If you click advanced you can make the text size go up. (or use view on IE)

Plug 2nd moniter in, Right click anywhere on your desktop (ie anywhere on your wallpaper that's not on an icon) select properties, Settings, click extend my windows desktop.... and you should be there.
