Scotty must do an awful lot of work for this (for free) which i think we are all grateful, the idea is good and it works!

End of.

The person who runs these things has a pretty huge advantage if they play too.

I play an NFL one which is $500 to enter and gets about 50 players.

The guy who runs it is mega shrewd and reguarly goes deep and then his advantage is magnified.

Because they can see who others have picked?

Yep. I guess it's a fair reward for running the thing.

If theres 2 people left for instance and they decide via PM to chop it up then all that will happen is one of them will pick the biggest banker of the week and the other will pick something a bit iffy in the hope of getting busted, obv this can all go wrong but it will give a very good chance of having a winner rather than getting a rollover.

is this what you did?

Wink

Obv i Know you jest, but the main stumbling block of trying to pull this off as far as i would be concerned is that i dont really know anyone on here personally so it would be a bit risky to PM someone about a deal incase they ratted you out staright away , If you were HU in the LMS and someone pm'ed you looking for a deal all you gotta do is forward it to Scotty then BOOOM you're a winner .

So in summation, no, its not what i did Wink when i won the last LMS(cheers btw for allowing me a cheap brag)

Trying to do a deal could be fatal so be careful.
I remember i was suspected of doing this when you won because i picked Bournemouth away.
Now they're doing fine in the league they were promoted to and sold their star striker who was chased by a premier league club.

Makes it look a more believable pick Wink

In the ones i run i always send my pick to an independent body before receiving anyone else's. I wouldn't play in one where someone has that level of advantage and it is a huge advantage, especially for $500!!!

I've never really got past the first few weeks before, but if I got deep I would obviously send to a random early in the week. No real relevance when we are 25-handed.

Can you just send your $20 please? ktb
