One massive leak is how to play same suit flops. I never know when to bet/call off, pot control etc etc. Take following scenario:

PokerStars Game #63591362690: Tournament #426010511, $3.00+$0.30 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level VII (125/250) - 2011/06/20 20:48:02 WET [2011/06/20 15:48:02 ET]
Table '426010511 344' 9-max Seat #8 is the button
Seat 1: adam&ewa (19467 in chips)

Assuming we're checked to this is fine to cbet. You won't find yourself getting c/raised very often on a board like this as not many hands will take this line. So you'll either mostly a) take it down or b) get to see the turn with a few possible outs + the initiative in the pot, enabling you to evaluate the turn and make a better decision there imo. My 2 cents

I'd just check back, isn't a ton of hands we get value from that don't have decent chunk of equity vs us anyway and we are pretty comfortable calling at least once on the turn or we can bet the turn more safely for value

I check a lot of these flops back but always feel I lose control of the pot.

In this instance Timo lead into me half pot which I peeled. hit the turn and he now bet 4k. I folded
