Spot +10c would be a better starting point.

At time of writing, spot is 1.6070, I would be happy to do 1.70....

It was simply a comment that the price is inverted and people looking to sell at 1.50 or 1.70 should remember that if they are selling $$, they are effectively buying £, so may not want to offer +c
