cliffs: gangs in london and birmingham are using blank keys, jammers or door unlocking kits and key programmers all available on ebay to steal recentish BMWs. lots of links have been taken down from the PH thread i think but there are videos on youtube showing how easy it is, less than a 2 minute job.
