Turn to me is a simple bet/fold with a normal 50-60% pot sized bet, what made you deviate from this here?

Pre is good imo.

yeh i was b/f the turn, i bet this size to set up a perceived pot sized river shove which id do with all my turn betting range, perhaps betting bigger is better.

thoughts on the river when we get there like this?

Sorry didn't spot that you included eff stack size, should read OPs properly, yeah flop + turn sizing makes sense in that case. Would be tempted to c/c river given that your line looks so strong when u shove yet doesn't work as a bluff imo. He doesn't ever have JJ/QQ for you to fold out.

ah ok, thats exactly what i was asking, i assumed when i jam river he doesnt have a calling range.

Basically if at all possible without overbettong the overall goal is to set up a pot sized river shove on the river. We don't have to shove the river but when betting turn we want to set up a perceived shove so that we get a lot of turn folds.

In regards to the flop we want to bet small so that it gives us leverage on the turn whilst still making our bluffs cheap. I would bluff this sizing on the flop too meaning it doesn't have to work a large % of the time. If we were always betting big then it probably wouldn't be profitable to bet as a bluff as it would have to work an insanely high amount of the time. I almost never cbet more than 60% and my sizing will change between 23-60 depending on stack sizes and board texture.

Don't really see you folding out anything better with a river jam - I'd probably to the old check/decide on the river. Probably call though. I like turn sizing with stacks as they are - pretty happy to jam most rivers for value. This is one of the worse ones though in that he can perceive it as a scare card for his range which I think contains a lot of pocket pairs that want to put the cape on
