Bolton will most definitely be thereabouts next season. They may have a debt, but they will still have a decent enough budget to compete.

For me, Wolves and Leicester will be the ones to look out for. Wolves have yo-yoed for a bit, so been there done that with regards to coming back up.

Brighton and Burnely look decent prices,
