There is no transfer option due to frenchy laws.

imo it's still more surprising that stars allows it.

they do police it though. You cant deposit money and snap send it to another person, stars block it and basically say "we dont want to be used as a money xfering service" etc. Also the also dont allow people to witdraw money they have just rcvd via stars xfer, it has to be played through completely first.

I'm still surprised that it's even allowed, given the sums that can be sent, and the hassle you can have in a bank doing absolutely anything nowadays.

they dont police it well as i have deposited and then sent a fraction of it and also recieved and withdrawn before but the amounts i do are peanuts compared to the people they police i expect
