If i gather correctly and you're implying that the "swapped with someone without a golden chip" part is maybe not so theoretical, then it seems pretty clear to me that you don't owe the person any of ur package.

Alternatively pm Mr Keys. I would do exactly what i assume you are doing though.
Get the opions of those with sound knowledge (Blondes) then speak with
your backer and see what they think on the matter, at least you will be well informed
beforehand.
