Scrabble / Math Question

I got into a debate with someone I was playing scrabble with, she had a decent 66% win rate over 4k games. I have 87.1% over 300+
She made a comment I was 21% more likely to win (or i guess whatever the different in win % was).
Assume we both played 1000 games and I was 80% win rate and she was 70% and we played the same opponents is there a method to calculate the % win chance against each other?
I am convinced its not the % win rate diff.
